We were so touched last night when we received a 2019 Wildly Committed Award at the 2nd Annual Denim and Diamonds gala. The festivities took place at the Fort Collins Country Club and benefited the Wild Rose Mustang Advocacy Group. This group of crazy, dedicated people rescues wild horses, trains them, and finds forever homes for these versatile equine friends. Celebrity attendees included prominent author and speaker on autism and animal behavior, Dr. Temple Grandin, Happy Horse Tack Shop’s Jen Wright, mustang trainers Cayla Stone and Jessica Dabkowski, and many other area horse community leaders. The evening featured fabulous silent auction items donated by local businesses and artists as well as superb solo guitar and vocals by Reid Tynan. Denim and Diamonds raffled a beautiful, one-of-a-kind diamond and gold mustang necklace created by Rocky Mountain GoldWorks. You’ll never guess who won it.
